Beginning the 4th week of Meso cycle 1, disc 10 on Christmas day. It is very professional video. The promptors of the next exercise and what you need is great plus the running clock too. Myself, I track UPS all the time. They know me where I get my stuff shipped too very well. I ended up purchasing the STS tower cause I didnt have a viable option for chin-ups and pull ups. Honestly, I look forward to doing STS, the cardio on recovery days are what I have a hard time deciding cause I am doing more than STS cardio. HAVE FUN!! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

You will appreciate it when you do HIIT one day then strength the next from the meso 1.
It has made me more disciplined and something to look forward to. The guys are cute too. Stuart is my fave.
