Hmmmm. I'm not sure. I finished the September rotation and while I like the look of the October rotation, it does contain quite a few videos that I do not have yet. Plus I am still in VHS land and I'm not wild about having to forward all my tapes to get to the section that I need. But I like the idea of the 4 body sections per week. So, not sure what to do.
I may go back to the May variety rotation as that looked like a lot of fun and substitutions are easier to make. This was one that I haven't done as I started rotations in mid July.
But I have to have some rotation. It keeps me from doing the same workouts over and over again!
