So you think you're going to do the rotation work today??

Becky hope you have a great time at the shower. It'll be soooo much fun seeing all the cute baby stuff. Especially for you being the Grandma of the Baby! And enjoy some cake. You deserve it. You've been working so hard the last 2 months on these rotations.

Speaking of which. We're half way thru just about already!!! Where is the time going??? Are we going to do another one next month? We can start thinking about it next week if ya'll want.

I'm going to do the leg segment too of L&S. Figure I'll get another leg w/o in there. And if it's not raining I'm going to go for a walk. The leaves are starting to change here. It won't be long until they're all colored.

Good morning kali and those who follow,

Kali I was just looking at your pics and girl you have some arms on you! You go girl! And your sons are so adorable. I bet they are a joy to you. Well didn't get cardio in last night, dh has us watching movies,I watched the race and watched more movies! She fell asleep before I did, and I probably stayed up till 1:30. So it is going to be difficult to get anything accomplished this weekend. We are about to go and get our hair cut and go shopping!! I love that word, how about you? I just really hope I can stay on track next week with this rotation! I probably won't see any results, but I'll hang with it! I have you ladies to keep me in line!:)


I am off to eat some bkf with the dd. Will check in later to figure out what I can do in the rotation today. Have a good day!

I missed checking in yesterday. I couldn't get myself out of bed early enough in the morning, and once I got home from work - well, let's just say that workouts don't usually happen then. I get caught up in family life.

This morning is Leaner Legs maybe followed by some shoulder work.
This afternoon, the kids and I are going to a 50th Bday party. It should be fun.

Today is my imitation MIC work out...I am NOT looking forward to this! :eek: LOL

After I am done with my work out I have to shower and run to the food store to p/u a few items I need for a scrumptious dessert I am making for a party we are going to this afternoon. :9 This dessert is SUPER evil, TOTALLY unclean and just plain old AWESOME! }( }( }(

I'll be back at some point I am sure! I am addicted to this darn place so I can't stay away for too long!:p

Hi Ladies,

Kali-How are you today/ Yes I went out with my son and his gf and a few others for dinner and a movie. I had fun and it was a great way to unwind after finally settling my car accident case. I didn't eat bad at all as my appetite has not yet returned from the stress of the last few weeks..tooth issues and working on my legal stuff plus my business. Hopefully it will return soon. If I lose weight I will start looing sickly. Tonight is a friends bd party.

Kim-have a wonderful time with your DD! We need a coremax challenge again soon :)

Wendy-I hope you enjoy your workout!!

YOWZA! That was AWESOME!

SJP w/u & hi/lo, body max step, ctx s & i and c/d and then sb c/d & stretch totaled 75 minutes from start to finish and I feel GREAT! :+

Putting the SB challenge in the place of S&I would have made it an ever harder w/o IMO...maybe I'll try that another time! }(

Ofcourse, I put on my HRM but it was showing my heart rate at 30! LOL I messed with it some (which usually helps if it's going whacky)but ofcourse THIS time, it didn't help so I have no idea what the cal burn on this monster was. ;( Freakin' murphy's law...I hate it!

Hello Bliss Babes... I am home from the run. I did okay but was over my time last year by over two minutes. That's what I get for eating PB for two days straight and eating a huge walnut brownie with ice cream and fudge sauce last night. I knew I'd pay for it and I did!:p

It wasn't too bad but that last hill on that course seems to go straight up and I was dying on that hill. I didn't stop though.

Kali, enjoy the fall foliage. I love this time of year.

Becky, you should be in full swing with the baby shower.

Hellow to Kim, Wendy, Phyllis, Terri.. all the rest of the gang.

I am off now to do shoulder work, PUB shoulders, Timesaver shoulders, and AllStep shoulders, then a CoreMax. All that with my run will make a pretty good w/o today.

I didn't do abs yesterday so I will tack them on with my stretch tomorrow.

Hey girls,


I just got back from shopping with dd and it didn't take long to blow all that money!:p We got our hair cut and we look fabulous!:7 Just kidding! But I did get me a pair of crosstraining Rykas. They fit very comfortable on me. I just bought a new pair of NB thursday, which will be for standing at work and wearing with jeans. I am just dealing with those da*n orthotics right now. They are uncomfortable as heck! But I guess that is expected at first. I am going to attempt LM again. If it hurts I will stop and not get frustrated. Gosh, I am really going to try to stay on track this coming week. I feel I have screwed up this rotation!


Kali- Girl if your arms are getting bigger, you are one bad momma! I bet this rotation is doing alot. And my foot is doing okay, just getting used to those inserts. And I watched the busch race last night and it was a wild time. I think half the field was out by the end! I hope kasey Kahne does good tonight. This is always a good track for him. And I HATE Ryan Newman!! I wish he would stop all of this good luck he's having! Well it's probably a good team! I just hate saying that!x( Well I am going to shut up about the racing, because I can go on and on!


Terri- Yes I think we need another cormax workout,we just need to make it on a weekend and this one isn't it.;-) You see how big of a chicken I can be?:p Maybe we can shoot for next weekend.


Jane- I sure your running is terrific! You need not to worry about that brownie. You're a tough woman! Even though we go through these aweful eating times. I guess I can give advice better than I can take it! You hang in there! At least you're not letting it stop you.

Jane, no matter what-I am sure that your time on the run was awesome! Congrats! :)

Kim, spending $ is my favorite past time! }( Speaking of hair cuts...I need one but I am trying to grow my hair out so I can't get one! Not YET anyway. x( Eventually I will have to go get SOME kind of semi-style put back in my hair as it grows but for right now I have a bird's nest to deal with. :-(

The weather has finally turned around here! I haven't really been out but it look GORGEOUS outside! :) :)

I finished my workout, three shoulder w/o's from PUB, TS, and AllStep and CM#3. YEAH. Along with my 5K run today, I may have burned up a little bit of the PB I've consumed. Today is clean eating and boy does it feel good.

My time was 29 minutes 47 seconds folks. I did it in 27 minutes 28 seconds last year. I was in the 40 to 44 year old category so I don't think this is too bad for a 44-year-old broad!:)
 
Hey girls,

Guess what? I just did LM's warmup,first two combos with blasts and half of third combo. I actually stopped because I was tired and not my foot. I hoping its the orthotics and good shoes. I felt a little discomfort,but nothing to make me stop. I know I've gotten excited over this before, but it makes me happy each time I do it!:) I don't think I can do anything else today, since I have a friend who invited herself over to spend the night. I wanted me and dd to spend time alone, and while I like my friends company I just wish she wasn't. But I kinda got caught by surprise. But I told her that I was watching the race and she would have to also! She hates it! And the worst thing is she is bringing junk food. She is a overweight girl, and that's fine with me but don't bring it into my house!


I have to clean up now! I was going to keep it dirty till dh came home tomorrow! Darn my friend! Well at least I'll get it done early.

Jane, Congrats on the race!!!! I would be very proud of that time!!:D You should be too!!!

The shower was great! We had a lot of fun and dd got some adorable things for Brayden. There was TOO much food and I did eat, but then I hadn't eaten anything all day but a bowl of cereal. I had a bbq sandwich, raw veggies, some fruit slush (?), and some broccoli casserole, that I SWEAR I picked out broccoli ONLY, no cheese or whatever else was in there! I had a piece of cake with dh when I came home and brought him some home, but I scraped off all my icing!;-) So I don't think I did TOO bad.

And even better, I just finished S&H shoulders and Coremax #2, so I feel even better.

I hope you all enjoyed Sweetest Day. Did anybody do anything special for it??

Jane, do you know the S&H workout is only 30 minutes long? I wonder how long yours was........it looks like a marathon!!!:p
 
Becky, my HRM said 34 minutes but with switching the DVD's and all it was probably around 30 and that also included the w/u from PUB. There was a little mini-stretch at the end of AllStep shoulders so I just used that and didn't do a longer one and just went into CM#3.

You did so well at the shower. I too had a BBQ sandwich, a few chips and a cupcake at the benefit but when I plugged it into fitday along with everything else I had eaten today it came to 1,641 calories and my high limit on deficit days is 1,661 so all's good.

I remember hearing something yesterday on the news about Sweetest Day. No didn't do anything, I'm married to a grouch:+ . He hasn't felt good the last few days, so he is in super-grouch mode.:p
