Good morning, everyone! TGIF!

Today was a 45 minute steady run and Core Max 1. I logged just under 5 miles, which I was happy with. This was my first run since my half marathon 3 week ago and it felt good once I got warmed up!

Have an awesome workout, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's Rest Day! YAY!!!!!!

Morning Ladies,

I'm looking forward to the 45 min run. After Imax3 yesterday, the run will be fun.

Gayle, I will be happy if I get in 4 miles with that amount of time. Of course I'm only a social runner. :D Should be a nice day though for a run.

Morning ladies.

Did IMAX 3 this morning. Had trouble with intervals 1, 4 and 7 as usual but am getting better. My biceps are really aching from Muscle Max yeterday. Not looking forward to running tomorrow. I hate running but maybe eventually I'll love to love it as most of you do.

I did do my 45 min run today. Haven't done CoreMax just don't feel like it. Maybe I'll get some energy this evening. It justs feels like a long day and a long week. I'm so glad that it's Friday! It's also a long weekend here in Canada. WOoHoo!!! Kim
