This “express-ish” high intensity, lower body dumbbell workout is designed to enhance muscular strength and endurance. Expect to see a mix of familiar exercises along with some slow and controlled compound movements to wake up and shake up all those lower body muscle fibers!

Equipment needed:

One gliding device

10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells for weight options
