Attention Cathe Live subscribers: This Thursday, Oct 13th at 9:15am EST we will keep it moving as we do "Sweat, Jump and Pump" live. Expect a random mix of cardio, compound, upper, lower & core exercises.

Equipment Needed:

Various weighted dumbbells
A gliding device
A medium tension resistance tube
A fitness mat
 
Woohoo! :) Sounds like an energy booster + my body always appreciates tubing (& firewalker loops). Cathe, I figured you may be taking some deserved time in Shavasana pose this week after filming back to back workouts for your anticipated Strong & Sweaty.
