HI ladies...
Hope I don't dupicate today's thread. I tried to start it earlier this morning. But, I got a message saying the boards were down.
Anyway, I had a busy day yesterday...Hubby was working at home and I couldn't get to my computer. I did get my grocery shopping done though!
Today is Disc 17: Legs....I hope I don't get DOMS like last week! I didn't have many DOMS from Monday's workout. Thank goodness. Yesterday I ended up doing the kickmax premix #1. It had the kicking/punching combos and the leg drills. I was going to do the cardio but I guess I chose the wrong premix. I wanted to do the combos and the cardio blast. Oh well, when the leg drills came on I thought to myself I could use this too...
Not much else going on today..the kids have PE class if it doesn't rain..
