Good morning ladies!!

Starting us off this morning. Today's workout is going to be 4 day split Low intensity step: shoulders, core & calves....Then next week it is back to the s/h series again. I am liking this week's 4DS though...

Well, gotta get the kids out of bed to start their day...I am teaching their homeschool PE class this afternoon. So, another busy day!!

Good Morning Ladies!
I'm off work for 3 days!! Last night I did DM legblast premix plus 4DS shoulders and calves. Not sure what to do today:)
Kathy i'm always lovin the 4DS it gives me such good results! Next week like you, i'm starting slow and heavy:) But before i start a month rotation I stick a week of circuit/endurance training in.
NOt much goin on with me except both have my parents have the same birthdays which was yesterday! but my dad is 4 years older then my birthday comes this SAt!

I want to do a Circuit workout today... It's either going to be from 4DS or something from the Terminator.... I'm a LITTLE intimidated by the Terminator ... so we'll see how I feel when i get down there in a few...

Hiya Gals!

I'm in the throes of full blown PMS I'm a week away and I feel like $hit :(

I'm having a hard time getting up and motivated to get anything done.

So I'm slinging my coffee mug and taking my vitamins and ate breakfast (eggs) to help with my low energy. It is cloudy and I need my sunshine to help but our record highs this week is over and ugh rain predicted today bah!:(

Never did get my run in yesterday as DH wanted to go out again - It was nice and I was able to soak up the sun - I felt soooo good outside.

We have the outlets about 40 m. drive from here so we went and strolled around, he was actually looking for some work boots.

Today once I get out of this funk I'm in I will jump on my TM and do my CC20m HIIT mish mosh and follow that up with The Kettlebell Way.

Chris My vote is for the Gauntlet I love that one ! I swear that dvd's name is intimidating but the workouts are very doable and fun!

Randi: Happy Birthday to you and your parents..That is pretty cool they have the same birthday and that yours is so close. My daughter's birthday is 5 days after mine and my son's is a week after my husband's.

Chris: I LOVE that terminator DVD. Have fun picking one of them. I may have to throw one of those workouts in at the end of the month before November's rotations starts..Is the toe doing better?

Vilma: Oh!!! PMS!! Gotta hate that! Bloating is the WORST! It is kinda overcast here too. I think we are suppose to hit a high of about 65. We have prime outlets here too. About 20 minutes from the house. I love going to shop there. All the great stores in one place! I hope your energy picks up; you will need it for those workouts!!
 
So I did it: The Viper!

OMG... FUN stuff! I just loved it when it got to IMAX2 intervals!! The ME part was HARD though. OMG..I'm all sweaty and crazy from the IMAX2 interval, and then she throws ME at me! Some I pooped out on, most I did not. I'm so glad I did it! And yes, I will be doing more of those workouts soon. Which ones have you guys done?

Vilma: So sorry PMS has you! Fight it!!! I have very little PMS being on BCP's, just some cravings and then I get a few cramps, and very little if any , "flow" , but I do get the fatigue. Nothing close to what you get. This morning, I had those cramps, and I so didn't want to work out. But doing so, the cramps are GONE! The sun is shining gloriously here. I wish you could come take a walk with me in the beautiful Fall sunshine. The leaves are just about at their peak for foliage, and it's surreal outside, it really is. ... Your day yesterday sounded like a nice break. Do something fun with DH today!!! (after your workout, that is!)

Randi: YES! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! (one day early) That is VERY cool all your bdays are together like that. October must have been like Christmas at your house!

Kathy: Yes, my toe is better. I feel it once in a while. Not bad. Sadly, my other calf has been gving me trouble. So a few IMAX2 moves I had to modify (for my toe too). Thanks for asking!

So yes, now Buttercup is in my head, Where is Iris when you need her????

Hello! Chris, I can never remember which terminator workout is which, but I think I've done them all by now and I really like them. It's that imax 2 stuff that makes it so much fun, I'm convinced.

I ended up doing MM this morning -- so nice to be doing weights again. I tacked on some squeeze waist and abs work afterward -- I had really noticed that the other day when I did it, so figure I must need more! :) I did a few minutes of add-on cardio in honor of Chris, too. :)

My kids are off school today, I mentioned -- we're just going to have a lazy day up til soccer practice, though they do have some kids coming over.

Randi, funny about the birthdays! It reminds me that my friend married a man with her same last name, so she didn't have to change her name!
