Hi Girls!!
I was going to start the thread earlier, but I'm always afraid of double posting with someone else!
My tough weekend is upon me. My hubby works Saturday AND Sunday, so we have double sitter, and I sleep for crap on Monday, and have to "take charge". And of course, our Sunday sitter called last night and said she's sick.
I'm deep breathing, and ended up getting my mom to do Sunday instead. Which will actually be better. And the boys get "grandma" time!
It's going to be ok!!!!!!!!! I also downloaded a relaxation podcast from iTunes, I might chill out later with....
I was going to forego my workout, because of my "list to do" today. but I couldn't . I figured I could at least fit 30 minutes in. And what better 30 minutes than 4DS-KICKBOX! Yeah baby! that's a great sweat, works the legs, works the core, and I'm done!!
So off I go... my drama queen 9 year old is screaming bloody murder....
