Howdy Everyone & Good Morning.



Today I plan on CCV5 -I need a good sweaty run after my horrible eating yesterday :eek:

DH is off and wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and I had some spicy garlic wings with potato wedges. Then towards the evening I ended up having some peanut butter, Dove dark chocolates and French bread with butter.

Oy I was carbing and it was mindless eating definitely not clean eating.

Haven't looked at my personal calender so I'm wondering if its close to my TOM because goodness I was acting like a vacuum and Patrick of SpongeBob with the "Keep It comin Granny" Good lordy:confused: Ugh not good and now I'm a bit peeved at myself for the lose of control - blech!

Today I need to drink tons of water and just flush out my system from all the sodium and crap I ate. :eek:

My workout today is going to be 4 day split bootcamp (entire workout).....

Ok, now to start the day and get the kids up for breakfast and school lessons..

Vilma: Sounds like you have a good plan for today. My weekend last week was horrible for eating, HORRIBLE, and I did the same: drank water like crazy and did some extra cardio, and back on track and I'm doing MUCH better , back to "normal".

Kathy: I love that BC, enjoy today!! (was this a week of 4DS on the rotation?).

My plan is to do a Pilates workout:

Its a good one I haven't done in a while. You actually SWEAT during it! And then I'll add on some kind of cardio. Not sure what. Maybe Hip Hop Abs or a Turbo Jam....
 
Good morning!

I woke up early to do Imax2 but my left hamstring still felt sore (probably from B&G) and a bit stiff so I came into work to see if it would feel better after doing most of my day. Left the thermostat on (because its going to be 94 AGAIN today) so I can have an A/C environment to do Imax2 if I want to when I get home. Boss is out of town so I am totally leaving as soon as I'm done my experiments today -- wohoo! You know, it probably doesn't even matter if he's in or out since all of our work is so independent of a regular work day and he doesn't even notice when I've been out for days sick. But it feels extra cool to leave early when he's gone!

Vilma -- don't feel bad at all about the eating. That was me last night.
Kathy -- have fun with 4DS bootcamp. My husband thinks that might be his favorite now.
Chris -- have fun with the pilates workout. I'm trying to get back into the pilates type workouts again but I think I get discouraged too easily. But I'm trying to turn over a new leaf.

Hello all! Yea!! I finally got a workout in. Did Jari Love's Ripped and Chiseled and the floorwork from B&G. Debating whether to run during lunch.

Vilma, don't feel bad. We all have days like that. Me, way too many. I'm sure you'll get back on track today. Maybe I'll join you in CCv5!

Hottie, sounds like a good day. Short day at work and no boss! My kids informed me today is National Bosses Day. I had no idea, but they may have been looking at the wrong day. No festivities going on here, though!

Hi All! In late today -- too much going on at home this morning.

Sounds like you had good workouts!!! Kathy, you're inspiring me to do 4DS as designed once again. It is fun, isn't it? I think I may actually be able to do a normal workout again tomorrow. I did slim series firm it up this morning. It's her lower body one and it's done without weights (or just ankle weights if you want). About a thousand squats and then think kick max leg drills (can you imagine doing those with ankle weights on?!) and then floor work. It was good -- I know I won't feel as sore as I do after a cathe, but I guess maybe I'm just taking it easy. But like I said, I think I can get back to regular stuff starting tomorrow. My fall was just over a week ago.

I feel like when I have a bad eating day it's a bad eating week. I'm hoping to get back on track. I had been doing so well.

Ok, and I just have to get a bit mushy..... I really like this check-in group -- I really think about you all during my day, and feel like you are a part of my life even though we've not met in person. Thanks to all of you for your continual motivation, humor, and good cheer!

Hello my buddies!!!!! It’s been a while! I’ve missed you guys so much!! On Friday we left to MS and got back Sunday night and we had a great time over there. I really miss it over there and would like to move back some day. After the trip I’ve been so busy and tired that I didn’t even workout. Today I did workout though. I did Christy Taylor’s Ultimate Cardio Core workout and that one is super fun!! I sweat it big time!!! OHH!! And I lost another 1 lb and lost another ½ inch off my hips. I just don’t know how this is happening because I haven’t been consistent with my workout for the past 2 weeks. Maybe my body just needs more rest I guess to burn more? Who knows.

Vilma: Have fun with CCv5! I’ve also been eating super badly. Especially in MS!! I will keep my lots of cardio workouts till I drop to 38 inches on my hips, so far I’m 40 (FINALLY)!!

Kathy: Have fun with 4ds BC; I really like that workout! 

Chris: Have a great time with your workout. I hear Ellen Barret is great! I would like her Yogini workout some day!

Hottie: Good luck with Imax 2. I need to do that one soon! It’s so much fun.

Joanne: WTG on your workout today! Ohh, and I’m so glad to hear Caitlyn is doing much better!!! That’s so great!! 

Beth: Aww Beth! You know I feel the same way too! I really like this check-in group a lot! I always also think of all of you all day. I also feel like we are a family here. You guys are all great! It’s because of all of you that I stay motivated to workout  ((HUGS))!!

Time to pick up my workout equipment off the living room because DS will wake up soon and he loves the step, but sometimes I feel like he’s going to eat the floor trying to jump on it, lol. I hope you all have a great day! I’ll try to BB later.



OHH, and download the browser called Safari by Apple and it's AWESOME!!! Faster then Firefox and IE. SUPER faster! Even my husband was in shock!

Checking back in with 4DS bootcamp done..I enjoyed it today!!

Ivy: Good job on the additional weight loss. Glad you had a good vacation!!

Beth: I am enjoying the 4DS. More everytime I do them. Bootcamp is a tough cardio one. But, I like the challenge...

Joanne: Great workout!!

Hottie: I have come to realize that 4DS HIS is getting to be favorite!!

Chris: How was that pilates workout? Sounds interesting. HOw long is it?

Well, gotta go. Chris has a baseball game tonight. Gotta hit the shower and then make something to eat for the family before we head out..

It's been such a busy afternoon. Well, mostly because I was on the phone with my mommy for a few hours! I love how we can just talk about nothing (and something).

I did do that Pilates. It got my HR up there midrange, 140's. not bad for Pilates, right? It's 45 Minutes long, Kathy. LOTS of plie squats! Right after it I did Turbo Jam: Cardio Party Remix. I haven't done that in a while, and of course, really got into it. That was 30 minutes. After lunch I pulled out my mat, and did Stretch Max, no equipment. It always feels soooo good to stretch, doesn't it?


Hottie: Hope you were able to get in IMAX2 and your leg felt better. No boss always feels so liberating, doesn't it??

Joanne: YAY! for finally getting your workout in! Did you have to kick anyone out to do it? ... Do you like that Pilates workout?

Beth: That Slim Series workout sounds tough! Sounds like a good start back. What will you do tomorrow? ... I wonder if your injury has caused you to eat off like mine did? Even though I did 'something' , I was just thrown by it. I hate when I get in eating jags like that. I was going to say, maybe it's the change in the weather (the cooler Autumn weather always makes me more hungry), but your temps haven't cooled down yet, have they?. that was sweet of you to say about our check-in. I feel the same way! you guys are like family (but understand my workouts way better than they do!)

Ivy: SO nice to see you back!!! Glad you enjoyed your trip! Your workout today sounds like a good one. Good to enjoy a good sweat again, I'm sure. Congrats on your lost weight!!! wow! how did you do that eating "off" and not exercising! I want what YOU'RE having!!!

Chris: I'm so glad to be back too! :D The same thing I was wondering. I'm like; I ate Pizza Hut, Mexican, Donuts!!, Chinese, you name it, and I just couldn't believe how it happened. But believe me I was in shock.

WOW!! WTG on your Pilates workout! That's super awesome that your HR was up in the 140's for pilates!! WTG!! :)

The weather has not cooled down here -- not quite as bad as hottie, but it hit at least 88 yesterday and it's still 81 out there right now! I'm really sick of it.... but I complain too much, don't I?

Yes, I think maybe the injury and not working out so hard has messed with my eating -- I so want to get back to it. Not sure exactly what I'll do tomorrow. I was wondering if it would be crazy to do the full PUB and PLB on the same day! I feel like I need a total body thing, but I really liked the pyramids. When I did the total body premix, I was a bit frustrated by having to change the barbell so quickly -- it was worse than when you work your way up then work your way back down, somehow.
The kids don't have school tomorrow, so I have more time for a work out -- yea!

Ok, off to slow down dinner because hubby is on the phone with an important customer......
