Good morning and happy Friday! Vilma, you are not supposed to have a morning like that on a Friday!Hope the rest of the day goes better. It is so hard to get them out of the house on time -- most mornings!
Hope you had a good kbell workout. I know what you mean about the 15 pounder, but you might be glad you have it. I dunno.... let me know what you think after today's workout. I did providence this morning but where I was uncomfortable doing things I just did swings. It was a great workout! Good calorie burn in a shorter amount of time and I'm feeling my muscles already.
Vilma: I am not the biggest fan of S/H. But, I think that is because it is tough. So, since it is a challenge, I enjoy doing it. Yes, my hunger has been up there too. It is HARD to resist and therefore I haven't been too successful..
Beth: No, I got S/H back in the spring I think it was. Like I said above. It is tough. But, I need that challenge. I am not good with going slow. But, the soreness I experience everytime I pull it out tells me it is working!
