O/T ball pumps

stability balls!! which type of pump do you think works better? the according-looking one or the kind that looks similar to bike tire ones?

I use the bike tire type. There's also a pump action one, but it's just too much work.

My DH has a high tech air pump that he uses for my balls, um, stability ball that is. It is really awesome but I know it cost bucu bucks. I use to use the bike tire pump and did okay with that, too. The pump that came with the ball sucked. Interesting choices of words here.....

BTW, Jess, pumps don't work for the balls part! :+ :+ :+ }( }( }(

Okay, don't laugh (yeah, right, you're gonna howl) but I blow mine up myself. I'm sure it looks quite hysterical, therefore I only do it when nobody is around.:+

I used 2...a hand held and one that you step on with your foot. Both came with the balls but both were cheap pieces of crap and it killed me to use either one of them! x(

I use the accordion one that came with the ball. Works just fine, but the ball itself leaks air. Makes me think it's not the pump that matters but the ball itself. It has to be durable and hard-wearing.;-)

Well I'm the laziest of all--I use the small air-compressor that we have!

My DH uses his pump compressor (or something like that!) It's a man thing whatever it is. When I first got my stability ball he looked at me trying to pump up my ball with that silly pump that came with it and said: "Honey, I'll fix ya up!" heh heh heh! His took about 30 seconds compared to the minutes (or hours) mine was taking!
