O/T--anyone ever do a mail merge?

Hey Max!
I was just playing with this. I notice in Excel that even if you have your cell formatted for a zip code, if your number begins with a zero it shows up without the zero in the formula bar at the top of the excel page when you have that cell highlighted. So Word is probably not even "seeing" the zero. One quick and dirty way around this may be to put a little apostrophe at the beginning of that particular number. Like this: if 08960 is your zip then type '08960. I use that alot to override some functions in Excel. Try that and see if it works. You have me wondering about this now.....
