I just recently read Tosca Reno's book the eat clean diet wich gave me alot of info about the basics. What I still don't get is how do I know what I am eating is healthy. Is it ok to eat Just because it doesn't have hfcs hydrogenerated oils or other stuff. How do I know how much Saturated fat should I allow? How Much sugar is healthy? Also I find it hard to cook a meal when I am only cooking for me. Any tips?
