Hi, I'm using Cathe's Nutrition Manager and loving it but have a few questions that I'm hoping you can help me with.
If you're not familiar with the nutrition manager, this one gives you grades on your daily vitamins and minerals but when I enter that I've eaten a whole egg it tells me I've got too much cholesterol for that day (even though it's the only thing I've entered that day) - the egg contains 211 mg and my max cholesterol intake is 150mg. Is this too low, would you ignore them and eat the egg? I am eating it but strangely feeling guilty. Food guilt!!! Over an egg!
Also, some foods are missing from the main list (quinoa, whole wheat spaghetti...) so I've added them to my custom foods list. Is there a way I can add these custom foods to my recipes?
