Nutrition Manager?

OK, I am embarrassed to ask, but I cannot seem to figure it out...how do you sign up for the nutrition manager?

If you click on the Workout Manager tab you'll see a purple advertising box at the bottom of the Home screen on the lefthand side. It doesn't say it is for the nutrition program, but rather for a CatheNation Premium Membership. Once you click on that box, you will get an explanation of the cost options.
