I'd love to know what you eat on a normal day and how much you work out each day. I do your workouts at least six days a week for an hour with eliptical machine work for about 30 minutes on my rest day and on other days I feel an extra boost of energy. I also chase after my two young boys (5 and 2), which I think counts as some sort of exercise. I want to make sure that I do the right thing nutritionally so that I can continue to lose weight, but do it healthfully. I was told by other forum-goers that my 1200 calories a day was too few, and so I've upped that to about 1400 per day and have noticed a difference on the scales. But that's not the only thing that's important to me. I want to be healthy, and that's why I love your workouts. You don't ever mention losing weight or being thin. You stress being stronger. And I really appreciate it.

Anyway, any guidance in the nutrition department would be greatly appreciated!!
