Hi,

I still need to maintain this week. I've slipped on all my goals, but I still feel I'm doing well. I'm glad the fruits snacks goal is helping you Aimee! Its one of the only goals I've been able to keep consistently so far. I have a major portion control problem. I HATE to eat only enough. I want to feel pleasently full when I have a meal--not stuffed. Sometimes though, my eyes are bigger than my tummy. I've been ending my meals with nectarines. MAJOR YUM! My sweet and volume tooth gets satisfied and I eat better.

I was real encouraged when I read last weeks post that our posters don't beat themselves up when they slip up. GREAT EXAMPLES FOR EVERONE!

If you all want or need to post a new goal, please don't let me hold you back!

Hi Helen,

well, I'm back from vacation and I've put on one pound. I must say I'm pretty proud of me for that. I was sure it would be more! Anyway, I'm going to keep up with the fruit goal and the 30% or less of fat goal. I'm with you I'm just going to maintain on the goals I'm still trying to master!! Thanks Helen!! Good luck!!
