I've read the book and it contains one of many workout systems I eventually plan to get to. The workout is a bit unconventional but I have huge respect for Alwyn Cosgrove and little doubt regarding the effectiveness of anything he puts together. I'd be interested in hearing about your results. By the way, Lou Schuler's no dummy, either. I do, however, I have serious doubts about Cassandra Forsythe's "diet" advice. She wrote one of the goofiest diet books I've ever heard of.
