Before HC came out, and y'all were obsessed with whether or not there would be premixes, I did not understand, as I only had TV tapes off of FitTV. I now have the entire HC series, which means unlimited workouts due to the premixes...now I get it!!!
I am with you too!!! I just got a DVD player last year and didn't know how cool the premix option was!!! And if A-Jock makes any more mish moshes....I might have to submit and get a 5 disc DVD player....:7 :+ }( ...Carole
Guess I'm in for a treat too because all I have are the VHS tapes. My HC should come tomorrow. Right now I have no idea what everyone is talking about.
