November rotation day seven

Last day of the first week.I know it is the rest day.I have to do my 30 minutes of cardio but my legs are fried after increasing the weight of the dumbblles I used in PLB standing legs.I ate lot of salad rice yesterday and today I have to sweat.Maybe IMAX extreme.Have a great Sunday.I hope SNM post more pictures today.

Hi Mariangeles and other November rotation people.

I have also completed week one. Today is rest. I have tweaked this rotaion to suit my needs. During week one for legs I did floor work as suggested, however for the standing work I did ankle weight work from L&G. S&H and PLB standing legs are workouts I don't prefer. I avoid heavy strength work on my legs. For me results are better with endurance work and interval cardio for my legs. However,I know I must use variety to get results.

Also after two weeks of a 4 day split. ( I did one with PS series the last week of Oct) I may change things up a bit. I'll see how I feel after today. Tomorrow may start week 2 as written , or not.
 
Hi everyone!

Today I did Power Max instead of KPC. Kickboxing bothers my back sometimes and since I did CTX Kickboxing earlier in the week I didn't want to push it. I took Friday off (which was supposed to be a KPC day) so I made up for it today. I plan on following the rotation as written tomorrow. I didn't really change it too much this past week and I'm pretty proud of myself for that, because I'm usually terrible at following rotations!

Off to watch the Jets game!
