Oh my gosh, I completely forgot that I was going to be part of this check in!
I'm married, no children, special ed teacher and I love working out but I also love to eat a lot of the wrong foods I'm afraid.
I began the November rotation on November 1. I followed the plan exactly as writtin except I've subbed in longer cardio for the 20 min. runs. I am planning on doing DM after school today.
May I ask if you ladies have given any thought to what you will do after the November rotation? I was doing a lot of the TLT workouts before this with some Cathe cardio, High step workouts thrown in so I'm thinking I will need to get back to some good ol' weight lifting in December. Just curious as to what you guys were thinking...'Hope you all have a great Friday!!!
