Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “mobility/yoga fusion” LIVE!!! Nothing feels better than a flowing mobility yoga fusion workout to improve strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. This intermediate workout is perfect before a workout, after a workout or as a stand alone workout anytime or day (or even everyday) of the week. Feel free to do this work out in socks, bare feet or light weight fitness shoes. I will be wearing grip socks.
