Attention Cathe Live subscribers:  This  Thursday, Nov 3rd at 9:15am EST we will be doing "Vertical Loading" live.   You may have noticed our newsletter this week contained an article about vertical loading.  This is a circuit style total body weight lifting workout that works in a vertical fashion.  We have already done quite a few live workouts that touch upon this concept but since we just specifically wrote about it I thought I would create another one to help you see the concept better.  So have your weights ready and I'll see you in the morning. 
Equipment Needed:
A set of 5's, 8's, 10's and 12's and 15's (or higher if preferred for deadlifts & squats)
