Wow! November sure did sneak up on us quickly, and we can’t let is get by us without some solid sweaty workouts! This month we’ll focus on a mix of muscular strength and cardio conditioning to keep us in tip top shape! Please feel free to add additional recovery workouts as often as needed throughout the month.
