Another month!!! Wow!!

Today's workout is Disc 19 for me..

Hi Kathy! Good morning everyone. Yes, so crazy that it's November!!

Time to get back to better habits! Eating, that is. Hopefully my workouts will be back at their more consistent rate this week, too. Started off with KCM's muscle definition total body compilation. Boy are there some editing mistakes in that one, or what? I think I heard there were some, and it sure seemed like it. I know there was meant to be some repetition, but it seemed like she did shoulders and back about 8 times! I skipped through a bunch. And, biceps were shorted, for sure. I really liked some of the moves in that.

Off to the races.... have a great day everyone. Oh, Hottie, I saw your post about the shirt -- that's all pretty funny!
 
Morning Kathy and all to all who follow!

I'm snafing some banana bread for breakfast and heading out to work. I'm hoping to get a light cardio set in before lunch and do disc 19 in the evening when I get home. IM3 unfortunately may have hurt my right ankle a little bit so everything is low impact until that goes away...

November. Wow!

I had one of THE most horrible nights at work last night, my headache came back with a vengence and I was in serious pain with nausea. I could have gone home, but I would have left my friends in a world of shit, because it was super busy and we got slammed with admissions. So I stuck it out. It sucked sucked sucked. Came home and slept 5 hours, and I think it's once again 95% gone.

I'm heading downstairs now to start MESO 2! I don't even know what disc it is and what body parts it covers! Suprises for me!

Ugh eating...yep, I'm pretty sure I racked up 10+ of those fun size bars yesterday. Whimper. IM3 may have counteracted it. But I got a spiffy extra pair of orthotics which I'm breaking in today and I got 30 mins of light elliptical done at the gym before I stuff some lunch into me and continue on my highly productive monday.

Oh, I got UBER UBER UBER cute athletic clothing for soo cheap and Dicks Sporting Goods last night. I swear if they sold Cathe DVDs I'd be living there. It looks like the outfit from BM2 actually (just black instead of dark brown) and I don't know if yoga apparel can withstand heavy cardio like BM2. But I think I paid a total of $9 for the whole thing. Squeee!

Chris -- I'm so sorry about your headache but hopefully Meso 2 will take you right out of it. Joe fell off the STS horse a bit ago so he's thinking about restarting but I'm thinking about telling him to do Meso 2 instead of 1 because I like it way more.

Last week was probably one of my worst eating weeks. And ended with a bang this weekend with Halloween candy. So I'm back on the wagon of nice clean eating this week! Who's with me???

Kathy: Hope DISC 19 went well for you! I think we worked the same muscles!

Beth: I hate poor cueing and editing. Tracy Staehle's KB Challenge was like that. Her lips were moving, but she was saying something else and some of her terms for the moves were not right (She used something other than hook punch..I'm like WTF?) I hate that and it's just sloppy in my opinion.

Hottie: OMG, I love new workout clothes too! Cheap makes it even sweeter! Enjoy! Sounds like you put them to good use today. Yeah, for sure I'd tell Joe to jump into MESO 2. I'd forgotten how different it was. I'm wondering what Legs is going to be like. I have a feeling I'm going to be having some MAJOR DOMS tomorrow!

Joanne: Hope all is well!!! Wondering how your back and Dad are!

Better head off to the shower. OMG, it gets dark so fast here! And I"m PO'd at Greg because he didn't drive Zach to his paper route, Poor kid is riding his bike and it's getting dark, and I'm not happy with that! All the freakin bikers that get hit by cars around here. :mad:
 
Whooo-hooo, meso 2ers! Makes me want to do a week of it with you. :p

I had such a frustrating morning! I left the house at 7:45 to drop off the kids and be to the chiro by 9:00. It looked like I was going to have no problem and then the last couple of miles it was just a parking lot! So, I got there at 10 after (for a fifteen minute appt) and they basically sent me away because they were booked up and I was just too late. So, nearly 90 minutes of driving for nothing!!! :eek::mad:

The day got better after that, fortunately. Nothing great, just a normal day.

Hottie, I'm sure the yoga clothes will work for cardio!

Chris, I sure hope the riding the bike in the dark turns out ok! Yikes!

I thought I was going to be on the clean eating bandwagon with you, but already I've blown it today. Urrrrg.

Did I tell you guys that Gina has poison oak? Can't remember. Who knew dogs get it?!
 
Oh geesh, Beth! What a rigamaro this morning! That traffic would have gotten my gander up

Everything turned out fine with Zach. He finished before it got dark. But Greg DID get worried too (without me telling me him too..LOL) and was going to go pick him up. Although he DID NOT have sugar tabs with him, which is NOT a good thing to go riding and not have a sugar source if his blood sugar goes low.

So now instead of homework wars (they have none, no school tomorrow), they are fighting, banging, wrestling, screaming. I think I prefer the homework!
 
And yes! I do remember you saying Gina had gotten poison oak! Does she have to wear a collar so she doesn't scratch/bite at it?
 
UGH -- so fat! I did so great and then we came home and I popped in one of those pot pies without looking at the calorie info...1000 freaking calories!?!? If I'm going to eat that I'd rather have a burger. ::sigh:: and I'm exhausted to do Disc 19...besides I have no idea how I'm going to do that without weighted gloves so it may not get done until Wednesday since tomorrow is hell on wheels for me (just letting you know if I don't post tomorrow).

where did that extra hour go?!?!?
