Time to get back to better habits! Eating, that is. Hopefully my workouts will be back at their more consistent rate this week, too. Started off with KCM's muscle definition total body compilation. Boy are there some editing mistakes in that one, or what? I think I heard there were some, and it sure seemed like it. I know there was meant to be some repetition, but it seemed like she did shoulders and back about 8 times! I skipped through a bunch. And, biceps were shorted, for sure. I really liked some of the moves in that.
