I did not see a thread so I started a new one. I hope no one minds. today i did travel fit because the kids wanted to workout with me (4 and 7) and i had to find something they could sort of do. I did not miss too much of the workout so it was okay.

Tricia- my calendar get all out of whack too but that is more so b/c of my kids and unplanned rest days. right now i have no idea where i am supposed to be. i think i should be at week 3, but i don't know for sure.

have a great week everyone.

I still feel like crap so I haven't been doing anything. It's so frustrating because I was doing great. Now that I've taken so much time off I'm afraid I won't get back into the swing of things.

My 4 year old likes to workout with me too, esp travel fit. I gave him my light band so he thinks it's pretty cool that he has his own. I think I might try to find some cheap frisbees he can use as sliding discs.

I haven't had an issue with my workout calendar changing (although this is the first time I have used it). That's really strange.

Ok, back to bed for me. I hope I feel better soon, I hate feeling this way!

Hello, Ladies!

I did Slide 'n Glide cardio + Total Body Trisets Upper Body today, I found this to be a little rough after Turbo Barre yesterday! I mean, my biceps were sore from that, then I do Upper Body today. Sometimes, I think Cathe is a bit diabolical - but in a good way! And really, Slide & Glide is no joke on its own, let alone the day after all those lifts, toe squats, etc. I'm so looking forward to Yoga Max tomorrow - another one I hadn't done yet, so wish me luck!

Murphy, I was so glad to see you started a new thread - I had no chance to get online until now (9 pm!). I love it that the kids want to work out with you - mine don't do that much anymore. :( At least they like to do their own, so that's something. My 9 year old was doing Jillian Michael's, but not with me - she waited until I finished and then said, My turn!! My 7 year old daughter likes to do Cathe, but she does the equivalent of one interval, then she says "you keep going, Mommy and I'll come back and check on you." They are too funny sometimes.

Kblvr, I hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about getting off track, just jump in where you are. (Because where you are is always better than where you've been, right?) At least, I always tell myself that.

I don't know how the calendar got so goofy, but I went in there and rearranged everything so it would be on the right day. I am set to finish on March 20th, if I can stay on schedule. Then I am going right into the December rotation Cathe posted. I'm pretty tired now, so I will see you tomorrow.

Hi all. Yesterday was crazy and I did not have time to check-in. Yesterday was TBT LB and today is TBT UB. I am still off track with the rotation. I am trying to just do something. Part of my problem is getting up later than I should and then needing to adjust the schedule b/c my work out time is reduced.

Hi to everyone who follows.

Murphy

Hello, everyone.

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday, either. Since it was Yoga or an Off day, I chose the latter and did no workout. It felt like a good choice today, when I did LIC for the first time - wow, what a great, fun workout this will be when I can get all that choreography down! Today, I spent alot of time watching, rewinding, stopping again and shaking my head. (But in a happy way, because I will conquer the routine sometime.)

It's a beautiful day here, so I am not spending much time online.

Hope you all have a great day!

Today I decided to be lazy and take a rest day. I think I have more lazy rest days than actual exercise days. I really need to get it together.

kblvr - I hope you feel better soon.

Hi everyone!

Murphy

Hello to you both, I am not going to say much because I just did Total Body Trisets, Lower Body & I am in severe need of an Epsom Bath soak after that punishment. Honest to Goodness, that is harder than Meaner, oops, I mean LEANER Legs - which is what I judge all leg workouts by.

I think the Dixie Cups may have the potential to kill my legs. She's so right when she says you'll never look at a Dixie Cup the same way again.

At least I get to rest tomorrow. Or do Yoga Relax. (Knowing my track record, that means I will be taking tomorrow off!)

Hope you get well soon, kblvr. And Murphy, I actually enjoy those Lazy Days -you'll hear no argument from me there!

Until tomorrow, then~

Today I am cheating and skipping the traditonal work out for a power walk. It is a nice day today and I am getting some fresh air and sunshine. It is in the low 60's here (versus the high 40's) and I am taking advantage of it. But tomorrow, I need to get back on track with Cathe. I usually try to save the power walks as "extra's". I feel so much more productive that way. :)

Tricia - yes, TBT LB works you. It sort of sneaks up on me and then it's like, "oh yeah, there it is." I can feel it working and I can see the positive results from doing it.

Another rest day for me. I'm feeling better but still not 100%. I'm going to take the kids for a walk though-it's so nice compared to how it has been here!

Where are you guys from? I'm in Seattle. I'm ready for spring!!!!!

Kblvr - I am glad you are feeling better. Take care of yourself, don't push-it and have relapse. I'm in New Jersey. The weather is starting to get nice again so I expect to do more power walking. Speaking of power walking, I messed-up my hamstring yesterday. I did not warm up, but I was walking all day long. Maybe a pre-stretch would have helped. I did not think about it until I hurt my leg. I am resting today and I do feel better. It just seemed so strange. ???

Have a great weekend everyone.

Murphy
