Hi All!

CCv7 is planned and I absolutely love that one. :)

I really am finding that this seems the only time during the day that I can get on here.

I hope to BBL for personals and catch up with everyone here:eek:

So how many here are actually doing Cathe's Nov rotation? I noticed there is another November check in but its not our lil group I've grown to love ;)

Anyways I truly hope to BBL and do personals soon....my life is just so hectic when everyone is up and pulling at me in all directions :confused:

Good morning Vilma, and all who follow...;)

Today will be HSC and the stability ball section of PLB.....unfortunately I couldn't workout yesterday, I had a busy day AND I got ttom.....:( But I'm jumping right back on today and I'm not feeling bad about it! And on top of it all yesterday I was whooped and hurting from doing bootcamp twice!

Vilma- Have fun w/ CC.......I've yet to try those!

Vilma: I am following the November rotation..I saw that thread yesterday. I am having that same pull to go everything that I have a hard time lately getting back on here to talk..

Today is Gym Style chest and triceps and 30 minutes cardio. I may tackle Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge....The kids have PE class today. so another busy day.

I ate so much yesterday that I don't want to leave the apt without putting a good solid hour's working out...i miss C&W so I think I'm going to try that.

Good Morning!

Woke up feeling filled with hope instead of dread that I had 4 and 8 years ago! What a historic election, either way. It's so cool , isn't it? (sorry if you don't think so, I do know that feeling well.)

I am also doing Cathe's Nov Rotation. I also saw that some others did start another check-in. I guess our check-in has evolved to something a bit different. I love our group though!

So my lower body is screaming at me from yesterday's GS: Legs. I'm thinkingn doing a Turbo Jam kickbox is going to be hard, but I'm going to try my darnedest!

Vilma: You post whenever you can! You're our early bird and my 1st motivator of the day!! It's great to be looking forward toa workout you love, Enjoy CC today!

Kathy: Hey..did you do Cardio Kicks yesterday? I can't bring myself to do that one. I just can't. I will be doing YOUR workout today, tomorrow! Let me know how it goes!

Iris: You sounded like you needed and deserved that rest day yesterday. Sounds like you have another goodie for today! Dare I say: "Enjoy"?

I'm going to putter a bit online, I'm just not ready to do my workout yet.....

Hello Everyone!


Today I did LIC Premix Lower Body Circuit and I sweated BIG time! It was an awesome workout.

Yesterday I went for my interview and from what I saw they liked me very much, now it’s just time to wait and see what they say.

Vilma: Have fun with CCv7.

Iris: Have fun with HSC, can you believe I still haven’t tried that workout! It’s been sitting there for over 2 yrs!!!! AAH!! I really need to add that to my list to do soon. I just bought PUB/PLB the other day! YAY! I can’t wait to get it.

Kathy: Have fun with GSCT +Amy Bento’s. I really love the GS series. I’ve feeling sore from Monday’s GSCT.

Hottie: Have fun with C&W; remember us when you listen to Buttercup, LOL!

Chris: That GS Legs is an awesome workout, but it does work us out, lol. Have fun with TJ.

Well, I’m going to maybe do MopMax that I dreaded to do the other day. I just hate mopping! LOL! I hope you all have a wonderful day and workout today!

OHHHHH! GUESS WHAT??YAY!! Last time I told you guys I was 141 lbs right?? Now I’m 139!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAHHHH!! :eek:I haven’t seen this number since over 2 yrs now!!! I’m so excited! I guess 6 days of cardio is working really good. I’m just so happy. I just really need to loose all the baby weight I gained with my son:eek:. And all the weight is on my darn hips!!:mad:
 
Hi All! Everyone's up early! I'm keeping it short here too -- guess we're all busy! Vilma, I'm not doing Cathe's rotation because I hate that darn three day split and I want to do a bunch of kbells. I did yoga this morning evening though I didn't really feel the need for a rest day.

Chris, yes, history was definitely made in a very good way yesterday. Obama was born in 1961. That year, his parents would have been arrested in 16 states just for sitting together. We have come a good long way in 47 years! To think that many countries are still fighting religious/cultural wars that have been going for 1000s of years!

Hi ladies! I did see that November check-in, but I love our little check-in here. :) Wow, things are just amazing here in Chicago. Obama is from here and we had the big rally last night. Needless to say, I'm one of the first ones in the office today - alot of people went to the rally and said it was just amazing. People just hugging and crying and cheering - people of all races. So very cool. Hopefully our country can get out of this funk we've been in. There really seems to be a renewed sense of hope. Oh, and I feel really old! Or, or new president is very young! I'm only a year older than he is.

Beth, I don't like the three-day splits either, that's why I hesitated about doing the rotation. I don't like spending an hour working only two or three body parts! I may try some of the timesaver workouts on GS.

Ivy, good luck with the job - I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Oh, and congrats on the weight loss - yea!!

Chris, have fun with Turbo Jam. Sometimes it helps my soreness when I do cardio. I'm not doing Cardio Kicks tomorrow either. Still thinking about my sub - maybe Amy's In the Ring.

Vilma, I love CCv7, too. I did it a few weeks ago. Have fun! Don't worry about not getting back here. I'm here at work posting (probably not a good idea!), so that's why I have time. When I'm at home, it's crazy - I barely sit down, let alone write long posts!

Oh, I was rambling so much I forgot to post my workout! I did GS Legs and may go for a treadmill run later.

Just coming in really quick to say that I GOT THE JOB!!!!! YAY!!! I'm so excited! I've NEVER been in charge of anything so this is going to be new for me and I pray that I do a great job! I'll try to BB later! :)
 
Well, I just had a sh*tty workout. I love C&W but nothing felt right. I think I may be fighting off a little bit of my husband's bug. I even ended it early. I think I'm just seriously depressed about Prop 8 passing. I don't want to do any work...I just want to stay home. I'm cancelling a couple experiments...I'm thinking about grabbing a small snack and going to the school gym for an hour to get my mind off of things. We'll see. I'll try to do personals later, but at least, congrats to Ivy.

Hey again!

I ended up doing Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick & Jam. I love that workout! So fun and I get into that music every time. I stopped short of the resistance band work at the end, and instead did PUB: Abs w/ the ball. Have you noticed there haven't been any real "abs" in the rotation so far?

And my lower body DOMS has increased so much! I can't sit down to pee without moaning. You should have seen me trying to get out of the car at the mall with hubby! ... :eek: Dang!

Hottie: We must have posted at the same time this morning. Sorry you had an off eating day yesterday. I had a 4 day weekend of 'that' myself, so I understand. I swear, eating like that just bogs me down, and I don't know why I do it over and over. And I'm also sorry Prop 8 didn't pass. I'm kind of surprised in liberal CA that it didn't . Very aggravating! Hope you can get to the gym and feel better! (I swear, you really have to be in the right mood for C&W).


Beth: Wow! I hadn't thought about what it was like in '61. So long ago, yet it was really just yesterday. Yoga is ALWAYS a good choice for a workout!! I wish I would do it more!
