Nothing in cart...any advice?

For those of you who are computer literate, can I get your input? Here's my problem:

When I'm in shopcathe.com and I try to order something, I click on "Add Item to Cart", and then a screen comes up that says "There are no items in your cart". Then when I check my cart, there's nothing in there.

I'm logged in. I can access my account. My name comes up. I have cookies enabled. I have pop-ups enabled. I have shopecathe.com as a trusted site. Does anyone have any suggestions what settings I may need to change on my computer to be able to order something? I was able to order STS with no problem, but I think that was set up on the site differently than the regular shop cathe stuff.

I tried ordering DVD's a month or two ago and couldn't, so I ordered them elsewhere. Now I want to use my 20% off coupon on gloves, etc, and I can't! I contacted customer service about this previously and although they're fantastic, I didn't get my problem solved. But I didn't expect them to come here and reconfigure my computer!! This is certainly no knock on them, because they rock!! I always get a prompt answer and they're always helpful.

This is the only site I have this problem with. Anyone got any suggestions? Is this just some supernatural occurrence telling me not to order any more fitness stuff???:(

I just logged in as you and everything worked fine on my machine. My guess is that you think your logged in, but really are not. If you can give me every step by step click and detail it would help me help you. I would also suggest making sure java is updated on your machine as it could perhaps be the cause of your problem.

Here's what I'm clicking:
shopcathe.com
page comes up, welcoming me with my first and last name
I click on "Cathe DVDs"
"4 Day Split"
"Add to Cart"
Screen appears with a button "Shop for more items", with message underneath "There are no items in your shopping cart". Above these is a cart icon, a one-page order icon(I can't remember if that's what it exactly says) and a receipt icon, but the order and receipt icons are faded and only the cart icon is bold.

I've tried first clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page and going to "Returning Customers" and my email is already there, and I put in my password. My Account page comes up. I then try to order, and still no items in cart. If I sign in as a returning customer either before I try to order or after I try to order, I still can't add anything to my cart.

It's really difficult to describe every click, but I've tried every which way I can think of and I give up!!! My laptop must be possessed....

I appreciate your reply and don't want to take up any more of your time. I will just continue to get my Cathe items at other sites. Gotta have more Cathe!!!!
 
Update on my problem...still no luck....

I can add items to my wish list... but STILL can't add them to cart....

I thought that maybe if I added items to my wish list and THEN tried to add them to the cart that this would work... but alas.... in my wish list I click "add to cart" and still the screen comes up "there are no items in your cart"....

I'm frustrated and officially DONE.... :mad:

Can I just make my own invoice/order form with the items I want and send in a check? I have a 20% order coupon from ordering STS cardio and it's burning a hole in my pocket!
 
There is just know way to say for sure. This is not a problem anyone else is having. We're also able to login as you and everything works fine. Do you have another computer you can use to place the order - perhaps a friends?

As for your problem there can be many possibilities. The two most likely are a cache problem on your computer which might be fixed by clearing your cache and deleting cookies. The other thing that could cause your problem is your security software for your computer or perhaps a firewall issue. Sorry we can't be of more help.
