Not sore from slow and heavy

This was my first week of S & H. I'm used to Pure Strength leaving me a little sore but very strong. Even though I worked hard, I don't feel sore or strong. What's up with that? It's like I didn't work out at all and I feel like I'll lose ground if I continue. I don't build muscle easily. I also miss the floor work for legs. What has your experience been? I do enjoy them but...
 
I was going to give them another try before I posted. I experienced very little soreness too. Thanks for the tip on where to find this thread and Cathe's response. For others I point out that the basic idea is that the rest and stretching does not allow for lactic acid to build up in the muscles and that acid is what causes soreness. Cathe says the routine "IS" working your muscles!
