Not advanced and not beginner

Hi, I’m new to Cathe but am not new to exercising or weight lifting.

I’ve worked out off and on for the last 20+ years (goodness, I sound old) in the gym and/or at home.

As far as home videos, I was pretty much a Tae Bo nut.

So with that information can someone tell me where to start? I saw the Official Cathe Beginner Rotation thread but am unsure if that’s for me. You see I’d hate to purchase those videos only to find out that I’m at a higher level.

Is there a Cathe Intermediate Rotation? Or should I mix and match from the Beginner Rotation?

I wanted to also add that I have a step, weights, stability ball, bands, etc at home.

I've done step classes in the past but none in the last 5 years. It's like riding a bike, right?

Okay, just wanted to add more info just in case it helps me get a good response.

Hi. Iam in a similar situation. I worked out with the FIRM for the past three years and was looking for something more advanced.
For close to a year, I slowly added Cathe to what I was already doing. Just this past month, I FINALLY did an entire Cathe rotation (Oct 07 Back to Heavy). It was hard, but I saw good result.
HTH!:)
