Hi! I am an instructor and one of my students is moving to North Carolina - the Charlette, Davidson, Lake Norman area. She is worried about finding a good advanced excercise class.So, naturally, I thought there would be some Catheites from that area! Would anyone share a good club or class for me to direct her to. She is looking for a solid advanced workout.
