Hi every one,
I was at Sears yesterday and saw this weight training machine.
The Nordictrack model 30806.
It is space friendly,it has a removable and adjustable seat, movable leg
developer, fold away dip and vertical knee raise.
And two independently movable Free Motion arms, with 360 degree range of motion.
I was very impressed, it said it could be used for over 100 exercises.
Does any one have one? Or have knowledge about it? It is a little
expensive Sears wanted $1,600 Canadian dollars. On the web site they
had a introductory price of 999.00, not sure how to get it though.
