NONE of the new workouts will not load in my workout blender

The only one that will load is Lower Body Blast Leg Drills. None of the other ones will. I have tried from where I saved them on my computer, and also from iTunes. I get

I did purchase all of them - specifically and only for the workout blender; I also purchased the DVDs.

Please advise what I should do.
