non-impact cardio w/ express upper body, what do you think?

Hi, Since my knee problem I have been on no-impact activities and some yoga and floor work. I already have lost definition in my legs. What do you think of 4 30 min stationary bike days with the upper body part of express workouts and one day of PH (which I love). I would do floor work in place of squats and lunges. Would I need to balance out with hamstring work? Thanks.
 
Hi Maureen! You would be getting hamstring work when doing deadlifts and deadrows in the back track. Good luck and listen to your body!
