Rose, thanks for the heads up on MIC. I am definitely not fond of the really high impact. Speaking of high impact, I decided to do IMAX 3 this morning, but opted for the step only premix. I like it more that way. The blast are just too much impact for me. The steps are also complicated and found myself off beat many times, but got it together. IMAX 3 is just collecting dust because I don't use it, so I feel that I have to get some use out of it. I was planning to just do half the workout and realize they had a step only premix. I guess I never noticed that before. If i can get the routine down better, I may be able to do the step only on an 8 inch to get my heart rate up a little bit. I will have to see how it goes. Anyway, that premix was 30 minutes then I did the GS- C & T timesaver of 32 minutes. Eating has been good this week and I have worked out for 5 days. I feel good about this week.
