Affirm, so glad you like GSL!! I remember the first time I was doing the outer thigh work with the band and she said lets pulse 32 or whatever she says, my jaw dropped open and I threw my band at the TV LOL 
I have been working my legs twice a week for a couple of months now and can really tell a difference. Keep it up. I'm like you, not particularly fond of leg work.
Yesterday turned into an unsched rest day. So I am due leg work and chinups today x(
