((((((((((No Sweets week of Feb 3rd))))))))))

I'm checkin' in a little bit late, but I was out and I just got home. I did KM low impact premix today with little modifications (instead of jumping jacks I did low impact moves), but I can kick higher now and go a little bit lower in those moves that require it. Not at all like before but I'm getting better. Whoa I'm loving that back stretcher. I use it religiously twice a day and today I increased the level to number 2. I also use it after exercise, when I'm back from work, and after being seated for awhile. If I had extra space I'd buy the one they sell at brookstone.com, but in the meantime the one I got on qvc is working and I can take it with me everywhere. I had my cheat day early this week and I already chose my cheat day for next week (Valentine's day of course). I'm doing great with my diet, I wouldn't say it's 100% improved but at least 80-85%. I increased my protein intake a bit, I'm trying to eat more veggies, and almost (not yet) all my carbs are whole grain with the exception of my cheat day. I hope that by the end of the month I see some improvement in the scale. I know I shouldn't take those numbers seriously, but every time I go to the doctor and he weighs me he mentions I need to lose those last 10 so I have less problems with my joints and back. He's right, but it is extremely hard. So it's not a debate of whether I wear a size 2 or a size 6, I need to lose them so I can do the things I enjoy doing, and I really don't care about sizes anymore. :) Tomorrow I'm doing laundry (eeek!) and I'll also do a Firm tape as well, but next weekend is a long one so I'll probably have more time to do more stuff.

Catherine - IntervalX sounds pretty tough to me. lol! omg! Your cheat meal was baaaaaad! You went all out with that one, but you work very hard so you shouldn't be worried. I hope you enjoyed it.
