No sweets, salt, more water check-in - July 21, 2005

OMIGOSH - I'm so sorry I completely forgot this! Thanks, Terri, for reminding me!

So, how are we all doing? I'm a bit behind on the water intake today, because I totally forgot about it until almost lunchtime! Sweets are good, no salt is going really well!
 
Well, this class is probably going to be the death of me. The only way I can stay awake is to be munching on something, or sipping something. I had half of a blueberry bagel this morning (they are serving snacks and refreshments - darn them!). At least I resisted the HUGE chocolate muffins that they had that looked really yummy and moist. I have a bad feeling that cookies and soda will be available this afternoon. Heaven help me! :p

I had another good day yesterday.

sweets- check,check
salt- check
water- check (did not drink up to I wanted. Getting there.

So far today I have done good in all except for water. Have to get on it. Had a great protein shake for bkf. It is so filling.

I said I was going to be serious this week, and by golly I am doing it. It helps in all the support that you give me.

Water- Check 104 here so noy hard to do!
Sweets- Check but I am starting to crave something sweet...

I seem to be back on track after a few days of just plain eating too much.

no added salt - check
water - so far so good
portion sizes - in control

Next month I'll have to try a whole month without sweets. That would be an accomplishment. And if I go really crazy, maybe a month without my wine!

I think my dinner was a little bit on the salty side, but other than that I did well today on everything else. I think the best day so far this month was yesterday. I wish I could eat like that every day.
