*****No Sweets Nov 4th******

Hello! That darn halloween candy here too......I took a some of the chocolate that I like to work to give away so it wouldn't be around much longer for temptation. Eating was good today.
 
Hello ladies. I ate so much candy on Wed that I got sick of it, but I hope you both enjoyed yours. It was my rest day today (thank goodness because I have major DOMS). My eating could've been better today, but I have no major regrets, I just didn't eat as many veggies as I normally do. Oh well, tomorrow I'll do better.
 
Good Morning Ladies. I forgot to mentioned that I enjoyed that extra hour of sleep yesterday. After I checked in with good eating yesterday, my son asked me to make some sugar cookies from the cookie dough fundraiser. Oh well, there went it....as I ate 3 baked cookies and drank a cup of milk.

Today was Body Max 2 step combos 1 - 3 for a short cardio workout. I do love that workout. I love that inside kick, straddle, charleston. I just love that move.

Lunch is packed and I am hoping to have a good eating WEEK.
 
Hey Affirm- I have to laugh at your cookie making and then eating. Who the heck can make cookies and not eat some?

I also love BM2!! I bet you'd love the step workouts in the new series.

LOL at my doggie. She's sitting next to me eyes closed and head bobbing. Poor thing needs to go back to bed :7

Just finished heavy upper body. Don't normally w/o this late, but DH was late getting home from work and he had to help me with bench press. Now I am supposed to get up at 5 am and do cardio because I am having dinner with friends tomorrow x( Please send some good early morning wake up vibes for me :D Eating is good today BTW!!

Fitfairy, I remember you saying the new series is great. I just don't want to spend any money right now. I may put a few on my wish list for the DH. I haven't decided whether to do that or not either yet.

I got up 5 AM too. I did the step premix of Cardio and Weights on an 8 inch step.

Eating was good yesterday and I feel good about that.
 
Good job ladies waking up at 5am to exercise! I didn't do that, but I did some yoga a couple of hours ago when I got home. Tomorrow I might wake up early to exercise. I'm not a big fan of exercising in the morning, but sometimes I have to do it just to get it over with.
 
Hello ladies. Alas, I must admit that I did not make it up yesterday to workout x( I just can not ever make myself do it!! I took my rest day early. I met my girlfriends at the Cheesecake Factory and we had a lovely time. I had the wild mushroom soup and a Country French Salad :p Delish!! No cheesecake for me :) I did have a glass of wine though.

Today I did P90X L&B Chinups sets were 7 &1/5,7,5,6,5,6,&4. I was really struggling with the workout. Felt tired and don't know why x(

So Rose, did ya get up early today?

Affirm, I do admire you for working out at the beginning of the day. I used to do that and it was such a good feeling to be done with it.

Hey ladies, did you see the blog update :eek: I am not fond of the serious Cathe pic. I guess I am just so used to seeing her smile. It just doesn't look natural :D

Hey! I definitely did not exercise in the morning. I figured I was going to get my hair all sweaty and that I wasn't going to have enough time to dry it, eat breakfast, and get ready, and besides my back hurts like crazy ever since I stopped taking my glucosamine/chondroitin supplement a couple of weeks ago. I have to start taking those again as soon as possible. Today I did KM: kick/punch combos only. I started doing BSB, but by the second exercise (one arm rows) my back was telling me to stop so I did. Tomorrow I'm definitely doing yoga and I'll try BSB again on Friday.

I'm so excited about the new workouts. You have no idea how excited I am! I was hoping Cathe was going to do a presale before the Holidays (because after the Holidays I'm usually broke :p ) and it looks like it's going to happen. Yippee! Speaking of broke, I am officially job hunting again. I'm using my lunch break to search and send my resume to different places. lol! I'm saving a couple of bucks a week too because I'm bringing my lunch from home instead of going out and wasting time I could use to search for a job. I just hope I find something before the end of the year.

I just finished 4ds upper body premix. Man is that one tough. Try as I may I can not match Cathe on the overhead tricp extensions and the crazy 8 biceps x( That's ok though, I know that I am working hard :eek:

I am so glad today is Thursday!!! I love not working on Friday. I feel so spoiled!! I think everyone should have a 4 day work week :D

Yesterday I did yoga and it helped me a lot with my back. Only problem is that I have major DOMS all over my body so I decided to rest today and I will do the GS Series during the weekend with short cardios. I've been doing better with my diet lately.

Changing the subject, I got the newest Collage catalog and Cathe's new series got a staff favorite. That's awesome. I didn't get it because I need low impact cardio and that series is very high impact, but I can't wait for the STS weight training workouts. I am soooo excited about those. By the way, there's a new strength DVD from Amy Bento that has 4 strength training workouts (1 lower body 60 mins, 2 upper body 51 and 52 mins respectively, and a 15 min ab workout) for just $19.95!!!! It's also a staff favorite. I've never done any Amy Bento workouts but they're in the advanced level and I've heard her name mentioned on this site a couple of times. Sounds good to me, but I should start saving for the upcoming presale.

Affirm - How's the puppy? I haven't heard about the puppy for awhile.

Catherine - I've always wanted a 4 day work week. You are so lucky!

Well the weekend is long yeah! I hope you enjoy it ladies. For me it means GS Series!!!
