Morning Ladies,
Well confession time. First my eating has been horrible for days! But again not with sweets, it's more with high fat foods. Anyway, the confession is I had some pumpkin pie yesterday. I had to make you for a church function and well, how do you make a pumpkin pie and not eat eat?
I didn't have a lot and it did have evaporated cane juice instead of regular sugar, so I guess it was a little better. But I do have to clean up my eating all the way around from here on out if I am going to make my goal. Think I'll add in some more cardio.
