~*~*No Sweets MONDAY*~*~

[font color=blueviolet]Hey there! I hope that everyone had a great weekend. :) Yesterday was a yucky day here. I felt sick to my stomach, and DS was vomiting. Ick. It looks like this morning it is gone, and I hope that it's for good! I woke up this morning feeling back to normal so I did BM2 step - LOVE IT! I forgot how much I enjoy doing that segment. Later this afternoon I am going to do legs, not sure what I will do yet. I ate really well this weekend! Just a couple of cookies.

Morning Ladies,

Well confession time. First my eating has been horrible for days! But again not with sweets, it's more with high fat foods. Anyway, the confession is I had some pumpkin pie yesterday. I had to make you for a church function and well, how do you make a pumpkin pie and not eat eat?
I didn't have a lot and it did have evaporated cane juice instead of regular sugar, so I guess it was a little better. But I do have to clean up my eating all the way around from here on out if I am going to make my goal. Think I'll add in some more cardio.

Here's this morning's workout.
This morning was back to supersets, 4 sets of five with a one minute rest.

Chest/Back
Incline Barbell Press
5 - 97#
5/5/5 - 95# ***could barely do 95# last week, so why I thought I would try 97# is beyond me, but at least I finished!***
Overhand Barbell Rows
5/5/5/5 - 95#

Shoulders/Biceps
Barbell Military Press
5/5/5/5 - 65# ***very hard***
EZ Barbell Curls
5/5/5/5 - 62# ***Took all I had to do these***

Quads/Shoulders
Squats
5/5/5/5 - 110#
Close Grip Press
5/5/5/4 1/2 - 93# ***failed on last rep again, but was up 3#***

Then did some hanging ab work.

Count me in, Im a huge BM2 fan as well! I usually do it about once a week...more times then I probably have sex! haha}( }( }( }(

Missy** glad to hear you had a good weekend! Hope DS is feeling better! Its always so sad when they are sick. And the worst thing is...when you have more kids, chances are, its gonna go right through the house!

Linda** Sometimes high fat foods can be worse the sugar. Same outcome I think. Why does it have to be this way? Why can't we eat sugar and more sugar???? Well..come on..you have to have your pics taken remember!!!?????:) :)

I worked all weekend but it was a quiet weekend, thankgoodness. I will probably be in bed early tonight to make up for lost sleep.
My workouts this weekend were:
Sat: 7 Mile run
Sun: 7 Mile run with BC cardio and BC lb, also ME abs
MOn: 5 mile run with DM weight seg.

Im thinking about taking DS out for a walk when he wakes from his nap. Its just so hard to get myself ready, while keeping him occupied. To many stupid steps to fall down and to many tolits to put his hands in! Dont ask!

OK, now I am gonna have to do BM2 cardio tomorrow :D I don't know why I forget about that one!!

Feeling like crap right now. Forced myself to workout this evening. I was supposed to do 4DS upper body premix, but couldn't even think about it. So I did my own upper body. 2 exercises for each body part, 3 sets in the 10-12 reps range with 30 sec-1 min rest between sets. Glad I did it, but still feel crappy (sorry to be so whiney)

Missy, so what legs w/o did you do???
