Good Morning:)

Just wanted to get us started and all I can say is "da*n you easter bunny...DA*N you!" LOL Frig, I can't seem to get my paws off of those tiny little easter eggs and once I have eaten a little bit of crap, I just keep going! Today is a new day though and I am getting focused to make it through. I totally agree with Missy,when you eat it...you want more!

Yesterdays workout was 13.1 miles. I did it, just to say I could do it:) So I guess I can run a HM after all:) Today I am going to do BM2..all of it. Im looking forward to that. Its one of my favorite workouts.

I will BBL today to let you know how my day went and to report my workout!

GOOD MORNING! I started a thread yesterday for us, but I called it Sweets or Sweeties or something like that so I guess it wasn't found... and I was NOT HIDING IN SHAME! Although I probably should have. :+ Yesterday I was back on track and it was HARD! My body was just craving all of that disgusting stuff, yuck. This morning the headache was gone, but I still feel a little sluggish. I did 40 minutes of step yesterday (CIA Step Til You Drop - I will be selling that one - my heart rate didn't move!) and today I am doing RTTC.

Linda, how are you feeling today? Do you feel like you have better control over what you eat?

Catherine, it looks like you really love 4DS. That is the only Cathe I don't have... for some reason it just didn't appeal to me. Do you think it is more endurance or strength training?

Mag, where are you? I am happy to report to you that I am ordering R&C. I got a peak at it and it is the Jari that I love. :) I love endurance work.

Lori, when are you going to do a mini marathon?

Lori WTG on your HM!! I can not imagine running that far or that long!!

Missy, glad your headache is gone. I do like 4ds. I think it's mostly endurance with a few heavy sets thrown in there. I do a 4ds of my own; 1 enduranced based w/o for upper and lower and 1 heavy w/o for each upper and lower every week. I find that the 4ds has given me good results for upper body.

Missy** You get headaches from eating to much sugar?LOL I know...thats not funny!;) I wish I got headaches! It should be easy for me to stay on track now b/c I don't have any events of any sort to go to! No drinking with the gals and no b-days! Yippee!!! Beleive it or not, I was a little sluggish yesterday when I started my run but I don't know what happened!

Catherine** I never thought i would run that far either but I just gradually kept increasing my distance and I never plan to run that far, it just happens. If I planned it, I would probably only make it 5 miles! LOL

Hey Ladies!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, it was quite the weekend with way too much food. Both my mom and MIL did not disappoint in the food department. I don't know why they feel the need to overfeed us all! I did have some sweets but to my surprise did not over indulge too much. Well now that that's done, I can move on and have the rest of the week sweets free!

On a good note, I was able to get my workouts in every day Friday through Monday. Yesterday was 4DS HIS+All Upper Body premix.

Catherine - I agree with you, 4DS is great for the upper body. I haven't lifted heavy at all prior to 4DS and now I'm really seeing the benefits of heavier lifting. I wonder what STS will bring....I'm a little nervous

Lori - those mini eggs are just plain evil! They really just suck you in and you can't stop. But hey, it was the holidays so it doesn't really count, right?;) Have fun with BM2, that one is awesome!!

Missy - Let me know what you think of R&C when you try it. It is definitely all endurance and in that one the shoulder and bicep work seems to go on forever! Hmmm I might have to give it a go again tomorrow, it's been a while

Today I think it will be a cardio and abs day...

Now I better get some work done...TTYL :7

Today I did CC #2 revised. It was my first shot at that one and it was tough! I loved it though!

Lori - Great job on the 13 miles. Not only could I not do that, I have no desire to do that. I hate running. I agree with you too on the sugar, once I start I can not stop. That's why so far for my cheat days I stay away from it and just have some extra carbs, because I know I am not ready to be able to walk away from the sweets if I start.

Missy - I feel good and I do feel more in control of what I eat. i feel I am better able to walk away. I'll probably do it again. I just wish I could get the scale to go down! I can't figure out WTH is going on there, it won't budge. Sorry I missed your post yesterday!

Catherine I've never done 4DS. Only the cardio.

Maggie - Lucky for me nobody tried to feed me over the holiday!

Hey ladies. (((Catherine)))

Gosh, I've been soooooo busy these past few days and I will be very busy when I start my new job next Monday so it's going to be a little hard to check-in like I used to. I did yoga on Sunday, and legs today. Yesterday was my rest day. Lori, I have to second the thought about the easter bunny ha ha ha! I am paying big time on the scale but I'll get back to where I was a couple of weeks ago. I have to start eating quality calories instead of empty calories like the ones in candy, cake, and ice cream and boy do I love all those! Oh well, I have a pair of designer jeans that I want to wear pretty soon so I better get back on track.
