+++ No Sweets March 18th +++

Good Morning!:)

Sorry I didn't get to check in yesterday. My parents were in for the day so I had plenty to do with my mom.
Yesterdays workout was DM and a 6 mile run. My own kind of circuit. And todays workout will be abs and a loooooooooong run. I asked DH to pick a movie up for me to watch while I am running. Its snowing here AGAIN today so its very unlikely I will be out and about.
Eating as been good and the bloated feeling as finally left! YEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeHAAAAAAAAAAA! Oh,I was sooo uncomfortable, you have NO idea!

I will be back later to report my workout! Hope everyone as a good day and a sugar free one}(

Lori, I am glad that you got to enjoy the day with your mom. I am curious to see what movie DH got for you. I couldn't imagine running to some of the movies you have (The Exorcism of Emily Rose - uh, no, I would have pee all over my treadmill!)

Mag, I took what you said to heart. My cheat day was pathetic on Sunday, so the kids and I went out and bought some brownie mix. I ate a brownie last night (after everyone else was done so I wouldn't eat the entire dish). Loved every bite. }( But today I am so bloated and feel icky. Can it really be that bad after only a 2 week absence of the sweet stuff??? Blech.

This morning I did Janis Saffell's Strike Zone and CM tough mix. I love to get to hit the bag on those drills! The day is going awesome - the kids got all of their work done early and they did a great job, and I epilated my poor legs. I hate and love that thing. I will chat with you all later. :)

Rose, you could stop after a 1/4 cup of ice cream? Amazing! I know I wouldn't be able to as ice cream is my #1 weakness and I can't have it in the house. Congrats on the new job!

Missy, oh how I hate the bloat! I say enjoy the occassional cheat day and let the bloat remind you why you're cutting out the sweet stuff in the first place, right? ;) Does the epilator hurt more than waxing?

Linda, hope you're taking it easy and giving your body a much deserved break. Feel better soon!

Lori, enjoy your movie and run. How long do you usually run for?

Last night I did B&G standing glutes and abs and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Today I think I might tackle 4DS upper body premix again. Still no sugar this week but we have two birthdays coming up at the office and there will be cake both days!!! I sure hope I can fight it!

Hi everyone,

Still hanging in there with the no sweets! I am as bad as Missy, yesterday was my cheat day and I couldn't bring my self to have and out and out cheat. Some I had some extra carbs for the day and and a bite of my daughter's soy pudding and little bit of her peanut butter cereal (both come from the health food store so they are not all bad).

The good news is I am actually feeling better today! I did cardio coach 3 this morning.
