No sweets - last week of May

Rose, you are a mad women!!! I was wondering about you doing the GS and a cardio on the same day- what a woman!! P90X is a great investment.

I did upper body today. Won't bore ya with all the details but I did bench 70# 1 set of 8, 1 set of 7 and 2sets of 5. My chest is a little sore right now }(

Catherine, my cardios are short because the GS workouts are longer. My definition has improved a lot since I started this. I find myself flexing my muscles in front of the mirror often.:7 Now if I only had a tan, but my skin is too sensitive. Oh...my...gosh...woman! You bench press 70lbs???!!! That *IS* impressive!

Like I said I did a short cardio (walk/run) + GS: BSB + abs. My diet has been great today because I had a successful weigh-in and now I'm more focused. I know it's possible to reach my weight goal.
 
Good Morning Ladies. Today was Pyramid Upper Body! WOW I love that workout. I have to make plans to eat better today.
 
Hey ladies. Today I did GS: Legs (standing only) + B&G (floorwork and stretch). I'm still waiting for the dynabands so I did B&G's floorwork instead of GS: Legs' floorwork. Yesterday when I did BSB I used 5lb dumbbells for all the exercises that used a dynaband, but that wasn't an option today. Tomorrow I'm doing a short cardio + GS: C&T and since my one and only dynaband broke in the middle I can use it with C&T because the exercises do not require the use of a longer band so I'm glad I don't have to substitute. My diet has been okay except for the mini snickers I've been having throughout the day. :p I've seen worse days of course.

Hey gang!! I ordered Step Blast last night on a whim!! So now a new workout (actually two with step, pump &jump) to be excited about.

Today was a cheat day. I ate ate Olive Garden- didn't eat any breadsticks. Split the Chicken Marsala with my sis. Had a glass of wine and Tiramisu for dessert :9!!!

Today was rest day. But I did PHH stretch and totally enjoyed it.

Hey right back at cha! :p Yuuuuuuuum, tiramisu!

Today I did cardio + GS:C&T + abs. I've been having an ocasional treat here and there so I could do better with my diet. Tomorrow is my rest day and one of my friends is having a pool party for her 29th birthday. My plan not to fall off the wagon with my diet (again) is to eat at home right before I arrive to the party. I think that if I do that I won't be tempted by hors d'oeuvres, cake, alcohol (yikes! liquid calories), and all those things. I mean I know I have to eat something otherwise I'll look like a snob, but I'm hoping I do it in moderation. Oh yeah and tomorrow morning I'm doing a weigh-in (as usual), but I'm also doing a bf% reading (which I do every 2 months). We'll see.

Wow it's definitely June... Amazing huh? We've been doing this check-in for a while now. Thank you ladies for keeping this up.
