Where is everyone? Has everyone given up on this check in?

Well I had a great day yesterday. Eating was great. Didn't feel like doing anything this morning so I took that as a sign to mix it up. So I pulled out BM2 (thanks, Missy) and did the Timesaver cardio premix, but I did the steady state finished combo one extra time and then at the end I went back and did the blasts again but without the SS cardio in between. Workout came out to about an hour and I felt well worked by the end. Also it's been awhile since doing a long step workout and my shoulders were feeling all the arm movements. :p

Well, HI! I haven't given up, just been busy. We went to a reptile demonstration at a fellow HSer's house. She had 17 snakes and 2 bearded dragons - it was awesome! Now the kids want a Ball Snake for their birthdays, lol. They were carrying them around the entire time that we were there, I just have to get DH used to the idea... Yeah, right! Like he would go for having a serpent under his roof, but it is worth a try - they are so darned cool!

Linda, 2 1/2 WEEKS!!! You are almost there and FULL of hope!

I did Jari's R&C upper body today. I have been doing a lot of Jari lately, haven't I? Well, that means that the time has come to do something different. Time to start heavier weights w/ lower reps... MM perhaps? Anyhoo...

Hey Ladies!

It's been a while and things have really picked up for me at work. I feel a little out of the loop here, but I guess life just gets in the way sometime ;)

I find because of the added stress my eating hasn't been the greatest (I had cookies and pizza yesterday! x( ) so I really need to get back on track.

At least I've been pretty consistent with my workouts lately, I find it really helps to clear my head. I'm trying the following rotation for a few weeks:

Day 1: All Upper Body
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Lower Body + Cardio
Day 4: All Upper Body
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Circuit workout

Plus abs 4 times a week. I'll stick with the heavier weights for now and see what happens.

I hope you ladies don't mind if I grumble a bit. I am in such a mood that I can't even stand myself x( Bleeping hormones and endometrisis!!!! To top that off my neuroma (inflammed nerve in foot) is acting up. I had to stop BM2 cardio blast after the first power circuit-uuuuuggggggh!!!! I am getting it injected next Tues, but it hurts like a sum beeeotch when working out. OK rant done-sorry :)

I have been eating good and working out consistently despite ^^ mess. I have a week off work in 1.5 weeks and will be doing mostly cardio for my workouts. Due some down time from lifting. I can not wait!!!!
