I had SF FF chocolate pudding with my lunch today and that took care of a MAJOR craving I was having. Supper is over with, have some things to do around the house, my workout will be my dessert, then it will be bedtime... who has time to eat sweets.
BTW... I have been reading Ready, Set, Go by Phil Campbell. Someone on this forum recommended it to me along with Nancy Clark's book on nutrition which I have bought also.
In Ready, Set, Go it states that after high-intensity exercise where you reach your anaerobic threshold and, as a result, produce HGH, you could short circuit this by eating refined sugar two hours or so after the workout. Interesting... another reason not to eat sweets.
Thanks to those who recommended these books to me. I am enjoying them.
