Good morning ladies! How is everyone today? I am feeling pretty slow and tired... I think I may need to take a rest day today. I am going to take it easy this morning, and this afternoon I will run if my body is telling me that everything is all good. 
Mag, I found the JL group, and it is not misspelled - good job! :+ Can you believe that my triceps and back are STILL sore this morning? When she took breaks during the tri dips, I just kept going and then I did kickboxing after the strength work so who knows when my back will be alright. I did see that you are also a Canadian, eh?
I was actually thinking about what you had said, and what Catherine had said, about desserts: DH and I were talking about it and he really wants to be able to enjoy things like that w/ me when we go out on dates. One of our favorite things to do on date night is to share a dessert together after our meal. Maybe we could allot for one each week? That is WWWAAAAAAYYYYYY less than what I was doing, and I have had some treats since I started here and still feel great with no comas
I do think that as long as we can stop ourselves and be able to control it we should be okay. I hate to recant on a previous commitment that I myself made up... what do you think?
Catherine, great job on the eating! What do you enjoy on your salads? I recently starting adding peanuts to my salad w/ a homemade vinagerette dressing - it is so good! I have to let the peanuts soak for a couple of minutes so they soften a bit, but it is pure yumminess! I don't eat much meat, so it is a nice way for me to add some protein.
