See...Im here:+ Yesterday was sooo hectic. I just kept filling my day up with stuff and I probably put to much on my plate. I ended up making soup last night out of the turkey I cooked and i also made some low fat honey bran muffins (just add water}( )
Todays workout is going to be tris and bics and prehaps BM2. I won't be running.

Sorry I haven't been here lately. Been so busy with work - haven't had much time for anything. Workouts have been sparse. Tonight I'm doing a full body ciruit video. Haven't decided which one yet.

Things are still the same here. Trying to cycle my carbs so yesterday was higher carb day, which is always fun. Still no sweets, unless you count a piece of a kashi bar.
Anyway, today was 3 straights sets of 15 with 2 minute rests.

You know, I started posting my workout here in response to some one's question about my routine, but does anyone still want to see these? Maybe you'd rather just stick to food.
I did heavy upper body and pullups today. I am slowly making progress on my pullups finally!! I did have a cheat today. A small piece of chocolate pie :9 Now I just have to be good the rest of the time!!

Lori, it's sad when we want to go to work to get a break from home. I hope things slow down a bit for you.
I am supposed to do heavy legs tomorrow, but knees are a little sore. I guess I will play it by ear.
