Good Morning!
Have to say, eating was pretty good yesterday!
M#1-All bran bar/ yogurt
M#2-WW eggo and cottage cheese
M#3-Protein bar and banana
M#4-Pork chop and a salad (one cookie and 5 mini eggs
)
Again, when my eating is cleaned up, thats when I realize how bad I was actually doing! I can't beleive I was eating as many cookies as I was last week
Todays workout is back and cardio. I may do a shorter run on the TM, then 4DS KB and BC...we will see!
